Matters of Substance
Matters of Substance is a WVLP Valpo Community Radio show hosted by Dawn Pelc, Executive Director of the Porter County Substance Abuse Council (PCSAC.) The show provides an informative look at how addiction of all types plays an ever increasing role in our community. A wide variety of topics are discussed including the opioid epidemic and other issues including but not limited to addiction and substance use and abuse of all kinds. "Matters of Substance" is underwritten by the Porter County Substance Abuse Council.
