The Community Grant Application 2023 is the guide to use for this funding cycle.  Please familiarize yourself with the areas of interest, strategies and programs within the document.  Then you will download the Grant Funding Submission Form, which is in an expandable Word format, enter your information into the form and then save as a PDF and send it to dpelc@portercountysac.com by August 1st, 2023.
