IN CARES ECHO

ECHO Project Coordinator Samantha Aguilar

WHAT IS ECHO?

The ECHO model is an innovative framework that uses videoconferencing technology to increase the knowledge, skills, and performance of community stakeholders, particularly located in rural and underserved areas. The IN CARES ECHO connects a group of faculty experts (Hub) with community-based teams referred to as SPOKES.

Samantha Aguilar, RYT, ADS, CAPRC II is the Project Coordinator for this project.  Samantha can be contacted at 219-280-5252 or saguilar@portercountysac.com for more info.

SPOKE TEAM

The SPOKE team participates in monthly 90-minute sessions consisting of a short, expert-led didactic presentation to improve content knowledge and share evidence-based practices, followed by a community case presentation.

Project Coordinator Samantha Aguilar will present the session to the 4 coalitions under the umbrella of Hub Coalition Porter County (formerly PCSAC).  The presentation will introduce new strategies and discuss the possibility of implementing in Porter County communities.
